2008-2010: Materstudies and – degree from The Royal Danish Conservatory of Music in Copenhagen, with Doc. Margrete Enevold and Doc. Susanna Eken.

2005-2008: Bachelor studies and – the degree at The Royal Danish Conservatory of Music with Anne-Margrethe Dahl.

 

 

Masterclasses

During the studies at The Royal Danish Conservatory of Music, Simone has participated in masterclasses with Mona Julsrud, Malcolm Walker, Martin Isepp, and Bo Skovhus. Moreover, she has participated in masterclasses with Douglas Yates at the Opera in Copenhagen, Jill Feldman in Tomar/Portugal, and Christa Ludwig in Warsaw/Poland. Simone has also participated in a scenic masterclass with director Christopher Cowell.

2003: Won the classical prize of mezzo-soprano Edith Guillaume in the Danish competition for young singers, ”Unge Sangere”.

2005: 3. Lady in Mozart’s ”The Magic Flute” with Opera Fresca.

2008: Altosoloist in ”Requiem” by Mozart with the Dutch ensemble ”Krashna Musika” in Hamburg, Malmø, and Copenhagen.

3. Boy in ”The Magic Flute” by Mozart at the Conservatory.

Katisha in ”The Mikado” by Gilbert/O’Sullivan with Polyhymnia.

2010: Debut at The Royal Danish Theatre in the Opera Academy's production of ”Les dialogues des Carmelites” by Poulenc, conducted by Marc Soustrot. Soloist in Händel’s ”Messiah” in Sweden with the orchestra Stockholm Rebaroque.

2011: Participated in The International Händel Festival in London with the cantata ”Mi Palpita il cor”.

Soloist in ”Messe Modale” by Jean Alain.

Soloist in ”Requiem” by Duruflé.

Bach concerts in Sweden with the Concertmaster of Concerto Copenhagen, Peter Spissky, and his baroque orchestra.

Participated in The International Nadia and Lili Boulanger competition for duos in Paris with Bulgarian pianist, Galya Kolarova. Liedrecitals in Paris at the same time.

Soloist in ”Messiah” by Händel and ”Te Deum” & ”Dialogus” by Charpentier.

2012: Soloist in ”Missa in simplitate” by Langlais.
