Piano

Biography

A United States citizen of Lebanese/Hungarian de- scent, Pianist Nada is a world-class concert pianist with decades of accomplishment. Growing up during the Lebanese civil war, Nada immersed herself in mainly self-study of music and piano. By the mid-1980 her dedication took her to the Paris Con- servatory where she was the first woman from the Middle-East to take first prize.
Since then she has performed internationally with symphony orchestras, chamber ensembles, and as a soloist, in Austria, Canada, France, Italy, Japan, Leba- non, and Serbia, as well as in many parts of the United States. A critically-acclaimed recording artist with  14  albums to her credit, she is also an educator, the host and performer of her own radio series, "The Classical Hour," and a musicologist. Her article on"Brahmsian Piano Technique" appears in the July 2019 issue of In- ternational Piano.

Repertoire:

Her  repertoire is as diverse as it is extensive, ranging from early music to contemporary compositions. She has particularly delved deep into the works of Johannes Brahms, establishing herself as one of the eminent interpreters of his piano solo works. Her re- cordings and performances of Brahms' music have garnered critical acclaim and accolades worldwide.
