Letizia Illuminati approaches music at the age of 5 with the study of the piano at the Liceo Musicale "A. Toscanini" in Porto Sant'Elpidio.
At the age of 11 she began studying the saxophone with Daniele Berdini.
Subsequently she attended the Conservatory "G. B. Pergolesi" of Fermo under the guidance of Lucy Derosier where in 2021 she obtained the Bachelor in Saxophone with full marks and honors. She currently attends the upper two-year course in Saxophone in the same Conservatory, under the guidance of Massimo Mazzoni.
Also improve by attending lessons and Masterclasses with great saxophonists of the national and international scene such as M. Gerboni, E. Rousseau, N. Sullivan, F. Mondelci, A. Padilla and masters such as International Saxophone Stage and Music Together Stage organized by the FE .BA.CO. and directed by Masters such as Joop Boerstoel and André Waignein.
In 2008 she took part in the world premiere of Salvatore Sciarrino's song "The mouth, the feet, the sound" in the MAMbo museum in Bologna.
Since 2011 has collaborated with the Libera Accademia DAS directed by important conductors and composers for wind orchestras at an international level (Jacob De Haan, Otto M. Schwarz, Jan Van der Roost, Robert W. Smith, Franco Cesarini, Robert Sheldon, Frank Ticheli for to name a few) and in the academic year 2019/2020 she is attending the conducting course of the DAS Academy with Maestro Mirco Barani, participating in lessons with Masters such as Fulvio Creux, Filippo Ledda, Sabino Manzo, Andrea Franceschelli, Alessandro Celardi, Arturo Andreoli, Luciano Feliciani and Giancarlo Aquilanti.
In 2017 she participates in the production of "Turandot" staged at the Sferisterio in Macerata as part of the Macerata Opera Festival. And also collaborates with numerous realities in the area and chamber ensembles such as: the “Delta Duo” with the pianist Giulio Chiarini, which recently won the first prize with 96/100 at the" XI international Music Competition Amigdala "and again the first prize with 95/100 at the" Tiziano Rossetti international Music Competition”, and the Sybilla Saxophone Quartet, with whom he participates, as a sopranist, in master and masterclasses in particular with Alessandra Gentile. And undertakes a rich concert production also outside the region, such as the exhibition at the "Artigiano in Fiera" in Milan, at the event "Passeggiando da San Pietro a San Raffaele" in Sala Consilina (SA).
In 2018 they won the Poetic Invasion competition in Montegranaro, through which they were guests in Romania to perform at the FITS 2019 (Sibiu International Theater Festival).
From 2016 he began to devote himself to teaching at the same time teaching saxophone, theory and solfeggio at the School of Music of the Amadeus association of Fermo, from the year 2019 in the Annio Giostra Academy of Fermo, in the COM course of the municipality of Montottone, Petritoli and Monte San Pietrangeli.
From 2020 she is director of the Junior Band of Fermo.
Giulio Chiarini, italian pianist, begins studying piano with his mother; immediately demonstrating a strong musical sensitivity and continues his studies with M. Andrea Strappa.
He studied composition and piano.
Always interested in chamber music, he attended the Masterclasses of M. Christa Butzberger and M. Ludwig Müller, and with a particular predilection for the saxophone, he collaborated as an accompanist pianist with the classes of Masters Massimo Mazzoni and Lucy Edna Derosier at the conservatory "G.B. Pergolesi" of Fermo, obtaining, among in the chamber music section, flattering awards:
XXI international music competition "Città di Mercato San Severino" (first prize 100/100) and XXII international competition "Rotary club Teramo est" (first prize 97/100) in duo with the saxophonist Vincenzo De Angelis; and still first prize 98/100 at the second national competition "Trofeo city of Giulianova" in duo with the saxophonist Alice Monticelli.
In March 2018, again in the chamber music category, he obtained the absolute first prize with a vote of 100/100 and the special prize of the jury at the national competition "Città di Belluno" in duo with saxophonist Filippo Corbolini; He is part of “Delta duo” With the saxophonist Letizia Illuminati, Which recently won the first prize with 96/100 at the" XI international Music Competition Amigdala” and again the first prize with 95/100 at the “ Tiziano Rossetti international Music Competition ".
Together with the clarinetist Alessandro Rizzoli and the violinist Giulio Mennitti he formed the Euterpe Trio, protagonist of "Musica sotto le stelle", a musical event organized by MUSE of Trento.
He also attended Masterclasses for accompaniment to dance with M. Mauro Arbusti and for accompaniment to singing with Masters: Vincenzo Rana, Giancarlo Stortoni and Claudia Foresi.
In August 2018 he performed with the Naxos association in music, as a soloist, the concert for piano and orchestra in G minor op.25 n 1 by F. Mendelssohn Bartholdy, with the orchestra of the conservatory “F. Cilea” of Reggio Calabria directed by M. Andrea Francesco Calabrese held in the Tindari Room of the Hilton Hotel in Giardini Naxos.
He also took part in the Viotti Day & Night musical marathon in Vercelli as a soloist.
He has held concerts both solo and in chamber ensembles in Trento, Riva del Garda, Peschiera Del Garda, Fermo, Montegiorgio, Vercelli.
At the same time he expands his musical knowledge by attending a series of Masterclasses with internationally outstanding pianists: Mario Coppola, Giuseppe Gullotta, Giuseppe Andaloro, Enrico Pace, Pasquale lannone, Daniel Rivera, Cristiano Burato, Olivier Cazal, Alexander Meinel, Rasa Biveiniene, Georgy Tchaidze, Romano Pallottini, Christa Butzberger. In August 2019 he attended a Masterclass with the conductor Giuseppe Lanzetta, with whom, as a soloist, he performed the concert in F minor op. 21 n 2 by F. Chopin in the conference center auditorium of the Una Hotel in Naxos Beach.
He obtained a first level academic diploma in solo piano ( Bachelor’s degree in solo piano) at the "F.A. Bonporti" conservatory in Trento - Riva del Garda with M. Mario Coppola and then obtained a second level academic diploma in piano solo ( Master’s degree in piano solo ) at the "G.B. Pergolesi" conservatory under the guidance of M. Fabrizio Viti with full marks and honors.
He continues to perfect himself in chamber music and piano at the International Academy of Music Avos Project of Rome with the Masters: Mario Montore, Massimo Spada, Leonardo Pierdomenico and Avos quartet.
Also interested in the world of opera, he was chosen as pianist Répétiteur at the Berlin Opera Academy and he participated for the productions of “Die Zauberfloete” by W.A. Mozart, "Die Fledermaus", by J. Strauss and "Gianni Schicchi & Suor Angelica" by G. Puccini in the summer 2021.
Currently he is attending Master in Chaber Music at the conservatory “G.B Pergolesi” With Alessandra Gentile.
